A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given prior to the scheduled appointment. 50% off the treatment cost will be non refundable should the 24 hours notice not be adhered to by notifying us directly by email or telephone as provided on the contact page. 

All no shows will be charged 100% of appointment cost.

Due to a busy schedule and waiting list we are unable to reallocate missed appointments to other clients unless 24 hours notice has been provided.

Allocated time is booked to ensure each individual client is given the care and time needed to achieve maximum results.
